Job summary

TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer in Enterprise, AL is seeking a District Manager to lead and develop a retail district. You will oversee store performance, coach teams in selling and service excellence, and drive growth across the district while maintaining strong customer and community relationships.

As a Selling District Manager, you will review metrics, coach in real-time, manage talent, and ensure policies, inventory controls, and merchandising standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma minimum.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Full-time hours (~45 hours/week).
• Retail/store environment experience.
• Willingness to travel 100% including overnight stays.
• Multi-unit management experience a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district store(s) and drive sales performance.
• Review district sales results and performance metrics.
• Coach for improvement and mentor future leaders.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent; build succession plans.
• Plan schedules to support peak selling times and events.
• Collaborate with peers to drive district results and community involvement.
