Job summary

Psycho Bunny is seeking a District Manager – South Central (Hybrid) to lead and grow a multi-store region. You will supervise store managers, drive results, and shape a strong, inclusive team culture while maintaining high guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role requires strategic hiring, development, and a hands-on approach to P&L, budgeting, and store metrics within a fast‑growing, bold brand. Residence in the Dallas area is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail management.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in multi-store or district management.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store managers to achieve region goals.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and team development with a focus on IDEB.
• Drive guest experience through coaching and omnichannel programs.
• Manage store operations, including P&L, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Ensure loss prevention, inventory accuracy, and visual standards.
