Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Retail Hub Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams across Customer Care, Demand Planning, Accounts Receivable, Retail Sales and 3PL partners. You will manage end-to-end order lifecycles, optimize inventory and ensure compliance with retailer requirements, driving service levels and revenue growth.

The role emphasizes process optimization, reporting, and collaboration with multiple internal teams to support a scalable direct-to-retail channel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics) required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain/retail operations or distribution management.
• Strong ERP proficiency with SAP and MS365 for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end retail supply chain.
• Optimize order fulfillment, inventory management and retailer compliance.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to track KPIs and performance.
• Support audits and compliance reviews.
