Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional retail operations with Customer Care, Demand Planning, AR, Retail Sales, 3PL, Transportation and Quality teams.
• Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle from PO receipt to delivery and invoicing; resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory, ensure accurate allocation, and manage retailer compliance and penalties.
