• Experience with inventory receiving, order processing, fulfillment, distribution, or related field.
• Ability to supervise and train hub staff to meet standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pack/stage crew and delivery load-out to ensure accurate and timely outbound orders.
• Assist in daily distribution hub operations, assign work, monitor performance, and train employees.
• Receive inventory from vendors, verify contents, count, inspect, and identify discrepancies or shortages.
• Complete inbound receiving, quality control, and put-away of inventory.
• Process orders and inventory movements through METRC and Dutchie; reflect in system records.
• Generate outbound METRC transfer manifests and obtain required approvals.
• Create and verify METRC tags and prepare inventory batches for deliveries.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage inventory against transfer orders with accuracy.
• Verify product, quantities, labels, batch Information, and required documentation before outbound transfer.
• Coordinate delivery load-out and ensure compliant loading per manifests and documents.
• Plan and coordinate delivery routes, vehicle readiness, and other delivery needs.
• Complete local/statewide deliveries as needed; usually same-day return to facility.
• Safely operate company vehicles; maintain driving records per company policy.
• Record daily receiving activity, inventory transactions, variances, deliveries, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and inventory control procedures.
• Cross-train staff on receiving, inventory handling, picking, packing, labeling, and delivery prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, compliant distribution hub.
