Job summary

You will install displays and fixtures, troubleshoot issues, and lead multi-rep projects with travel up to 120 miles. Expect variable weekly hours, with a minimum of 32 hours and potential for 40–50+ hours as business needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience building displays, fixturing and troubleshooting display issues.
• Comfort with planogram resets, signage, and basic electronics for retail fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with security, cabling, monitors, and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to ensure full functionality.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects; travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance requirements with 48-72 hour store service targets.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; occasional overnight travel.
• Work a minimum of 32 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40–50+ hours.
• Accurately report status of store visits and maintain pricing/signage.
• Perform merchandising duties including planogram resets, POP updates, and relationship building in-store.
• Participate in weekly conference calls and complete required admin tasks.
