Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Meta Retail Specialist to service a boutique route of retail displays on a part‑time schedule. You will perform installations, refreshes, and merchandising tasks, with mileage and drive time paid, following brand standards and POG guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic hand tools, and the ability to diagnose display issues. Expect 19–26 hours weekly with some weekend work and training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non‑functioning buttons
• Experience or aptitude for identifying and resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to schedules and program requirements
• Complete work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality
• Install, build, and refresh displays including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components
• Manage ad‑hoc service requests within 48–72‑hour SLAs
• Ensure compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements
• Document and report all service activity and outcomes on time
• Perform merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment and pricing/fact tag execution
• Travel 30–60 miles with drive time and mileage paid
• Willingness to travel 2–3 days for in‑person training
