Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a part-time Meta Retail Specialist to support a territory of Meta retail displays.

You will perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, installations, and refreshes while handling core merchandising tasks such as inventory replenishment and POG compliance. You’ll work independently using basic hand tools, following manufacturer standards to keep displays functional and on-brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing and resolving physical display issues (lighting, fixtures).
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing cable, power, and component integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to schedules and program requirements.
• Complete work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Installations, display builds, and refreshes (fixturing, cabling, media players, security components).
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within SLAs (48–72 hours).
• Ensure compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements.
• Document and report service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
• Perform merchandising tasks: inventory replenishment, POP placement, pricing/fact tag execution.
• Manage trunk stock and replacement parts for first-time fixes.
• Build relationships with in-store personnel and participate in team calls/ride-alongs.
