Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years retail/food service ops experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and manage others in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of a retail dining location and ensures service quality.
• Trains and supervises student employees; schedules and evaluates performance.
• Manages inventory, ordering, and restocking; handles daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintains cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Creates a welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff.
• Coordinates maintenance of dining-unit equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
