Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field; 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of food service production and sanitation standards.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to train and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation, assembly, and service of dining options.
• Assist with steaming, frying, reheating, and garnishing displays.
• Ensure stations are stocked, set up, and maintained.
• Oversee sanitation of facilities and equipment to standards.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper working condition.
• Supervise dining operations and deliver quality service.
• Promote a warm, hospitable atmosphere with guests.
• Collaborate on inventories, orders, budgets, and revenue.
• Train and coach team members to uphold university values.
