Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Director, Head of Digital Reputation to shape and execute the firm's digital narrative. You will lead cross-functional teams, govern social media standards, and coordinate with Legal, Risk, IR, and Marketing to safeguard and advance Schwab's reputation.

You will drive data-driven insights, oversee executive communications, and champion AI-assisted, modular content to scale impact across channels in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading digital reputation or enterprise communications in regulated environments.
• Ownership of enterprise-scale reputation strategy across global organizations.
• Data-driven with experience in sentiment analytics and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Define and steer Schwab's digital reputation strategy across departments.
• Lead digital campaigns, content and storytelling to elevate brand messaging.
• Manage crisis response and executive communications in fast-moving scenarios.
• Oversee governance of social media standards and risk management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, IR, Marketing, and Digital teams for cohesive strategy.
