Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital reputation, brand, or enterprise communications.
• Experience in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
• Ability to use analytics to inform strategy and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Create, define and execute the digital reputation strategy across channels.
• Develop and run digital campaigns and initiatives for key stakeholders.
• Lead crisis management and executive communications programs.
• Monitor conversations using listening tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, IR, Marketing and others.
• Oversee governance of social media standards and digital governance.
