White Stuff is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead our shop teams, drive trade, and deputise for the Shop Manager as needed. You will manage KPIs, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards and community engagement.

You will report to the Shop Manager within our Retail team, guiding day-to-day operations and ensuring the shop meets commercial opportunities and delivers strong results.
