Job summary

TJX Companies is seeking a Retail Associate for our Lexington, KY location. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage customers, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

This role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and efficient processing of merchandise onto sales floors. Qualifications include at least 1 year in retail and 6 months in a leadership capacity, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain clean, organized store and board up the merchandising flow.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise accurately.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty for smooth goods flow.
• Support store goals, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Participate in backroom organization and stock replenishment.
• Adhere to labor laws and company policies.
