Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains clean and organized store, proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Organizes back stock and ensures safe, accurate flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Promotes safety awareness and compliance with labor laws and store policies.
