• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Organize back stock and manage stock flow to the sales floor.
• Adhere to labor laws and store policies.
