• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate merchandise flow and ensure proper tagging and pricing.
• Assist with training and mentoring Associates on merchandising principles.
• Collaborate with management to meet store goals and safety standards.
• Promote customer engagement and support loyalty programs.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Adhere to labor laws and store policies.
