TJX Companies' HomeGoods division is seeking a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and an excellent customer experience. You will join a diverse team, maintain organized backrooms, and support safety and loss-prevention programs.

Qualified candidates will have retail experience, leadership exposure, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing top-notch customer service.

Qualificações

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with management to maintain flow of goods to sales floor.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
