Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles and processing.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
