You will lead recruiting and development, communicating strategies to the team and fostering a customer-centric culture that delivers results.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of retail management experience, strong relationship skills, openness to feedback, and sound judgment to prioritize and solve problems in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and build relationships inside and outside the organization.
• Open to feedback and other viewpoints to support the business.
• Good judgment, problem solving, and prioritization to meet deadlines.
