Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards; ensuring associates process efficiently and work as a team.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Model exceptional customer service and create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment; ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Monitor productivity and coach the team as needed; ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies.
