Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

This role involves promoting an excellent customer experience by overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. Responsibilities include ensuring prompt, courteous service, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining a clean and organized store, and leading by example in customer service.

1. Creating a positive customer experience both internally and externally
2. Promoting honesty, integrity, and confidentiality
3. Training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles
4. Personalizing customer interactions and promoting loyalty programs
5. Managing register assignments, POS coverage, and breaks
6. Addressing customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
7. Ensuring store tasks are executed according to plan and priorities are set
8. Communicating effectively with management and team members
9. Providing feedback and recognition
10. Partnering with management on training needs
11. Adhering to labor laws, policies, and procedures
12. Promoting credit and loyalty programs
13. Supporting store shrink reduction initiatives
14. Maintaining a safe environment and promoting safety awareness
15. Performing other duties as assigned
