Nike Factory San Juan in Puerto Rico is seeking a Department Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume store. You’ll coach your team, drive customer service, and ensure the store delivers the Nike experience.

As the face of NIKE, you'll recruit and develop staff, manage daily operations, merchandising, budgeting, and community partnerships to grow sales while upholding our Service Principles and Nike culture.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to keep store functions running seamlessly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Provide tools and coaching for day-to-day responsibilities.
• Direct store team and business metrics including customer service and sales.
