You will recruit and grow talent, coordinate training, and ensure seamless store performance across stock, merchandising, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without accommodations.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and coaching.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team to keep store functions running seamlessly.
• Staffing the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Equipping employees with tools to succeed in daily tasks.
• Leading store team and business results, including budgeting, planning, customer service and sales.
• Managing product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and sales floor.
