Job summary

ScanScape is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores weekly, scan barcodes, and help improve retailer sales. The position offers independence with flexible hours and consistent weekly duties across multiple store types.

You will use a phone app to scan items, provide quantity data for about 45% of products, and complete weekly tasks tied to client schedules. Priorities include reliability and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift to 25 pounds.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collection at assigned local retailers.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes across store locations.
• Complete weekly display scanning and meet deadlines.
• Support Custom Projects adding 1–2 hours per week per store.
