The Retail Odyssey Company in Hamilton, Ohio, is hiring to shape the future of in-store experiences. You’ll use a smartphone to capture and securely store data for our clients while engaging customers. No prior retail experience is required; we provide training and team support.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Ability to record work on smartphone/tablet after each shift
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs and work in a retail environment

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
