Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, in Columbia, SC, is hiring to shape the future of shopping. You will support grocery stores nationwide, using smartphone technology to capture and share data for our clients.

We offer $14.00 per hour with comprehensive training, opportunities for advancement, and benefits tailored to your needs. You must be 18+, lift up to 10 lbs, and have 1–2 years of merchandising experience with leadership skills.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
