Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring in Windsor, Wisconsin, to support grocery stores nationwide using smartphone technology to capture data for our clients. No prior experience required; training provided, with opportunities for growth.

You will engage customers, assist management, and help maintain store presentation while leveraging mobile tools. Candidates should be 18+, able to lift up to 10 lbs, and be self-motivated with teamwork skills.

Now, About You

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
