The Retail Odyssey Company in Wisconsin is hiring a customer-facing team member to help shape the future of shopping. You will interact with customers and store management, using a smartphone to capture and record essential data for our clients. No prior experience required as training is provided.

You should be 18 or older, able to lift up to 10 lbs, and comfortable working alone or with a team. Growth opportunities and benefits are available.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
