Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Wendell, Idaho location. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift items, stand for extended periods, and follow store procedures. Part time hours, with opportunities for growth and perquisites outlined by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions on assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; restock as needed.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
