Job summary

Family Dollar LLC in Idaho is seeking a Customer Service Associate to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. You will assist with questions, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods. This is a part-time position located in New Meadows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
