Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #3267 at 4807 N. Rockwood Dr., Peoria, IL.

This full-time role focuses on helping wholesale and retail customers find the right products and solutions while maintaining store standards. Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, delivering shipments when needed, and meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating at least meets expectations.
• Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
