Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Pekin, IL is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist for Store #3028. You will work with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs, explain products, and recommend solutions, ensuring high quality service.

You will resolve customer concerns, help maintain store standards, assist with sales, stock displays, and support deliveries as needed. Strong product knowledge and sales drive are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally; retrieve materials from shelves.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
