Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Customer Service Rep for an onsite retail role. You will assist customers, operate cash registers, restock, and keep displays neat to ensure a welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates should have excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
