Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Customer Service Rep for an onsite role in the United States. You will assist customers, operate cash registers, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and basic math and POS skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Read, understand and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math and computer/POS skills required.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
