Job summary

Majors Management is hiring a Customer Service Rep to provide friendly service, operate cash registers, and keep a clean, organized store environment. The role involves assisting customers, restocking, and ensuring accurate pricing and displays.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Onsite work with part- or full-time hours is available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math and computer skills including POS handling.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws and regulations for government-regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet performance standards.
• Follow rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
