Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our onsite retail team. You’ll assist customers, operate cash registers, restock merchandise, and maintain organized displays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and retail experience is preferred. Strong communication, friendly demeanor, and teamwork are essential for providing a great in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a people-first approach to customers and teammates.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Capable of gathering customer feedback for product and service improvements.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in-store operations.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with pricing and transactions.
• Understand, comprehend, and operate basic POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws regarding sale of government regulated products and services.
• Completely clean store interior and exterior per standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum performance standards.
• Follow conduct and ethical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
