Job summary

Majors Management is hiring a Customer Service Rep to provide excellent customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You’ll assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays while thriving in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
