This hourly, non-exempt position reports to the Store Manager and supports safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the location. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are noted in the description.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail and customer service experience preferred.
• Must be reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
• English language communication required.
• Basic arithmetic and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, exemplary customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Utilize suggestive selling to drive store sales while maintaining rapport.
• Process sales on the cash register and handle payments accurately.
• Perform POS operations and operate store equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleaning and upkeep of the store environment.
• Keep inventory levels accurate and complete shift closeouts.
• Work with minimal supervision and flexible hours as needed.
• Notify management of any dishonest activity and follow procedures.
