K&G Petroleum/S&S Fuels is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Store 427 in Las Vegas, NV. The CSR will ensure safety, profitability, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

Responsibilities include cash handling, POS operation, inventory upkeep, and adherence to policies. A high school diploma or GED and retail/service experience are preferred; English communication and reliability are essential. Full-time/part-time options with benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience in retail sales and customer service (preferred).
• Work as scheduled and arrive on time.
• Communicate in English (oral and written).
• Perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining customer rapport.
• Process all sales on cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Operate POS and related equipment as required.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain site cleanliness inside and out.
• Maintain inventory levels and complete shift closeouts.
• Work with minimal supervision and/or irregular hours.
• Notify management of any dishonesty and follow shoplifting procedures.
• Comply with company policies and trainings.
