Overview

The Customer Service Specialist provides excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping environment through eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high standards, and efficient front-end operations.

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs.
• Serve as the primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison with management.
• Support cashiers during complex transactions and ensure high service standards.
• Assist with department scheduling, workflow, and monitoring performance standards.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards.
• Train teammates on company programs like loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention policies, and maintain confidentiality.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications
