Overview

The Customer Service Specialist provides excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping environment through eagerness to help, product knowledge, high standards, and efficient front-end operations.

1. Greet everyone and proactively assist customers to understand their needs.
2. Serve as the primary customer service provider at the front end and liaise with management.
3. Support cashiers during complex transactions and ensure high customer service standards.
4. Assist with department scheduling, workflow, and presentation standards.
5. Maintain merchandising standards, including signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
6. Train teammates on company programs like loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
7. Follow policies on safety, loss prevention, and confidentiality.
8. Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
9. Support team efforts across the store.
10. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
