Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in West Union, OH to provide a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You will receive merchandise, stock shelves, assist with store cleanliness, handle transactions, and protect cash and assets.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and customer service experience. You will work part-time with a team, delivering exceptional service while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
