Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Seville, OH is hiring a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations and deliver friendly service to customers. You will handle merchandise receiving, stocking, cash register duties, and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors.
• Maintaining a positive, safe environment and professional interactions with customers and staff.
• Handling sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
