The role emphasizes safety, food quality, sanitation, and teamwork. Availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required, with cross-training across retail and food service duties to support store operations.

Qualifications

• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze and interpret information; must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions in checkout and cash handling.
• REASONING ABILITY: Capable of solving practical problems with limited standardization and following schedules.
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working around hot cooking equipment and cleaning products.
• WORK ENVIRONMENT: Outdoor weather exposure at times; noise levels range from moderate to high; routine safety precautions apply.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time in proper uniform with a professional appearance.
• Be cross-trained in retail and food service responsibilities to support the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and report hazards to the Store Safety Coordinator or GM.
• Provide fast, friendly, accurate service and handle customer issues professionally.
• Keep an organized sales floor and spotless restrooms throughout each shift.
• Protect cash and inventory; comply with policies during cash handling.
• Adhere to age-restricted sale guidelines with proper ID verification.
• Assist merchandising, pricing, food service and administrative tasks as directed.
• Foster a positive store atmosphere and communicate per Store Operations guidelines.
