Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers and team.
• Maintains clean, organized store environment and follows operating procedures.
• Rings customer purchases/returns accurately and counts change.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and safety, and assists with shrink reduction goals.
• Responds to changes and supports store needs as assigned.
