• Recognize and coach associates delivering great service to meet expectations.
• Understand and use company tools such as financial reports, scheduling, productivity, ordering, and business information systems.
• Maintain communication within the department, with the store manager, and across the organization.
• Maintain merchandising techniques and layouts per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with pricing and coding policies.
• Work within management planning guidelines to maintain productivity.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs or maintenance.
• Develop product knowledge across department products.
