Job summary

• Understand and use company tools such as financial reports, scheduling, productivity, and business information systems.
• Maintain communication with the department, store manager, and organization.
• Maintain merchandising techniques and layouts per company standards.
• Maintain department pricing and coding policy compliance.
• Follow management planning guidelines to maintain productivity.
• Support safety standards and report repairs or hazards.
• Develop product knowledge in assigned department.
• Understand the Standard Practice manual.
• Ensure proper training of assigned department associates.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards.
• Maintain appearance and presentation of department.
• Treat associates with fairness and respect; provide feedback.
• Perform special projects and duties as assigned.
