• Maintain proper merchandising and pricing standards.
• Work within management planning guidelines to maintain productivity.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs or maintenance.
• Develop product knowledge and understand department procedures.
• Ensure training of assigned department associates.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Ensure department appearance and presentation meets standards.
• Treat associates with fairness and respect; provide feedback and recognition.
• Perform special projects and duties as assigned.
