Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs or more and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day customer service initiatives and inspire associates to provide friendly, professional service.
• Model Burlington core values and ensure customer-first focus at all times.
• Improve friendliness, speed of checkout and customer feedback through proactive supervision.
